- Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide accurate information regarding shipping times and product availability.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the management team when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Columbus, OH location.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends.
