Job Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and solutions. You will handle a high volume of inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.
- Update customer records accurately in the CRM database.
- Provide product and service information to clients to ensure informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to improve overall service quality.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs).

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
