Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and conduct training sessions to ensure product adoption.
- Monitor client health scores and proactively address retention risks.
- Collaborate with the product and sales teams to relay client feedback.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts and exceed quarterly renewal targets.
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to the executive team.
- Resolve complex customer issues and escalate technical barriers efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
