Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following strict coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth.
- Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and bugs efficiently.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our tech stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Web Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
