Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, email, and remote access for enterprise clients
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including Windows, macOS, and network infrastructure
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols across client systems
- Deploy cloud solutions (Azure, AWS) and optimize IT infrastructure performance
- Document technical procedures and create user training materials
- Collaborate with senior engineers on system upgrades and migration projects
- Manage vendor relationships and hardware procurement processes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and Network+ certifications required
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server 2019+ and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/O365) and virtualization
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira) and monitoring tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends for system maintenance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
