Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Diagnose and resolve system outages with minimal downtime
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
- Document all technical procedures and create user training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance
- Manage inventory of IT assets and coordinate equipment procurement
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent industry certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network issues (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid Nebraska driver's license for client site visits
