Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
- Manage active directory environments and user account administration
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures
Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT support experience in Windows/macOS environments
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification required
- Proficiency in network troubleshooting and VPN configurations
- Strong communication skills with customer-focused mindset
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
