Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
- Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security access.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to improve IT infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent experience is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
