Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the logistics and dispatch teams to resolve delivery issues and update shipment statuses.
- Provide product and service information to customers and assist in upselling where appropriate.
- Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and industry standards to provide accurate guidance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliable transportation and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
