Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology projects on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
- Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring stakeholder alignment
- Implement Agile methodologies to optimize project workflows and deliverables
- Monitor project KPIs and provide regular progress reports to executive leadership
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in technology sector
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification mandatory
- Proven track record of managing $1M+ budgets and cross-functional teams
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with competing priorities
