Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect, design, and develop high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define feature requirements and deliver solutions.
- Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure software stability and performance.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues to minimize downtime and improve user experience.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, including API specs and architecture diagrams.
- Agile Methodology: Participate actively in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in software development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Python, or Node.js. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
- Availability: Must be available to start work immediately upon offer acceptance.
