Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support to internal employees and external clients via phone and email.

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of technical issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new software updates and security patches.
- Conduct user training sessions to ensure optimal utilization of company tools and software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
