Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction.
- Organize store shelves and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer proficiency and math skills.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
