Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Manage help desk tickets with SLA adherence and resolution within 4 hours
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 systems and Active Directory environments
- Conduct cybersecurity assessments and implement security protocols
- Document processes and create technical knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure experience preferred)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows OS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional client site visits
