Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for hardware/software issues across 200+ users
- Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Train staff on new technology adoption and best practices
- Document IT procedures and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills for cloud-based systems (AWS/Azure)
