Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
- Manage helpdesk tickets and customer service interactions
- Document IT procedures and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with network/security teams on infrastructure projects
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (A+/Network+ certifications a plus)
- 1+ years of IT helpdesk or desktop support experience
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license (for occasional off-site support)
- Pass background check and drug screening
