Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, applications, and account modifications
- Document interactions in CRM systems accurately
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT and resolution rates
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
