Responsibilities

- Manage high-volume ticket volumes while maintaining a high accuracy rate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Process customer orders, returns, and account adjustments accurately.

- Participate in weekly training sessions to improve product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (College students welcome).
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Reliable transportation to our Jacksonville location.
