Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor team of 15+ registered nurses
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and state regulations
- Develop and implement patient care protocols
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care conferences
- Manage departmental budget and resources
- Conduct performance evaluations and training
- Resolve escalated patient concerns
Qualifications
- Active PA RN license (required)
- BSN or Master's in Nursing
- 5+ years clinical nursing experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- BLS/ACLS certifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with Epic EHR system
