Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Pick and pack orders with 99.9% accuracy
- Maintain organized inventory using RF scanners
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Valid state ID and clean background check
