Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Update customer records and maintain databases with up-to-date information.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets for customer service metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or call center environments is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer navigation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
