Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting clients with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone or email and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions in strict accordance with company security policies.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with smartphones.
- Reliable transportation to the Minneapolis location.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
