Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet high-quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform basic quality control checks and promptly report any defects or issues.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and conveyors using forklifts or hand trucks.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, safety procedures, and GMP guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally with assistance.
