Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Identify potential risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate them effectively.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through regular communication and status reporting.
- Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to drive project efficiency and quality.
- Mentor junior project managers and team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in project management within the IT or Tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a strong plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
