Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and verify incoming and outgoing shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and label products accurately to ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as directed by supervisors.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld computers to track inventory in real-time.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
