Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move heavy loads within the facility.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Shipping & Receiving: Receive inbound deliveries and load outbound trucks efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to weekly attendance.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs dictate.
