Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Conduct thorough inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in strict compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions and inventory accuracy.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks within designated timeframes.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to management immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods.
- Must be available to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail are essential.
- Valid driver's license may be required depending on local driving duties.
