Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise accurately to ensure timely processing of orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyors, in strict compliance with safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Handle packages with care, ensuring they are properly labeled and routed to the correct destination.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is an asset.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards.
