Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package orders for shipment using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments using proper techniques
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone operation skills
- Valid state ID and reliable transportation to our Baltimore facility
- Pass background check and drug screening (pre-employment)
