Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Organize and maintain inventory stock in designated areas to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock movement.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure timely fulfillment of daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a climate-controlled environment.
