As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in our supply chain operations, ensuring products are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently. We pride ourselves on a clean, safe, and modern work environment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Inspect inbound and outbound shipments for damage or errors and report discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse floor, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, verifying contents against packing lists.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
