Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory with high accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Data Entry: Update warehouse management systems (WMS) with accurate inventory counts and shipment details.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Ability: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Availability: Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and nights if necessary.
- Background: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
