Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure all quality standards are met.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and shipping logs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- License: Valid Driver's License and clean driving record required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
