Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to meet daily targets and quality standards.
- Inspect incoming inventory for damages, accuracy, and proper labeling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and stock reconciliation regularly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading skills for inventory tracking.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Reliable transportation is required.
