Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders.
- Pack, seal, and label packages for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks with speed and accuracy, ensuring cargo security.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience using barcode scanners or handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required for this role.
