Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage customer orders for timely shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment following all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Update inventory systems using handheld scanners and computers.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- A positive attitude and a readiness to learn new processes quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required).
