As a Weekend Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our supply chain operates smoothly during our peak operational hours. You will lead a team of inventory associates, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high productivity standards.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and staff assignments during weekend shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and manage stock rotation to ensure accuracy.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards to prevent accidents.
- Conduct shift briefings, provide performance feedback, and resolve team conflicts efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery safely as required by certification.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associates degree in Logistics or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification (valid license required).
