Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking and packing operations efficiently to meet shipping deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Verify product accuracy and inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for damages.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
