Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package inventory using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipping
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid California driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
