Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and hand trucks as required.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Customer Assistance: Interact with customers and team members professionally to resolve inquiries and foster a collaborative team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in inventory counts and order processing.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
