Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure stock accuracy in the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
