Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Packaging & Shipping: Efficiently pack, label, and prepare products for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stock organization, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the workplace is required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
