Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers efficiently using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Sort, pack, and organize merchandise to ensure accurate shipping and receiving.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report stock discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate barcode scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
