Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from customer loading docks.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to transport inventory safely and efficiently.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock management as required by management.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and scanning.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and safety warnings.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
