Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations. Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing shipments efficiently.
- Verify inventory accuracy using handheld scanners and computer systems.
- Organize stock in designated areas to ensure maximum space utilization.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect packaging for damage and ensure proper labeling.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Valid driver's license (not always required but preferred for some shifts).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
