Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inspect merchandise for damages and ensure proper organization on the warehouse floor.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Assist in packing and labeling orders for distribution.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and labeling.
- Reliable transportation to and from the warehouse.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
