Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Manage product inquiries, process transactions, and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Upsell products and services to meet daily and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak weekend hours.
- Process returns, exchanges, and store credits accurately using point-of-sale systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
