- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment during peak weekend hours.
- Collaborate with the shift supervisor to manage inventory levels, restock merchandise, and rotate stock to ensure freshness and availability.
- Handle cash handling procedures with strict adherence to company policies and security protocols.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations and a positive team dynamic.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, with flexibility for overtime if needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Reliable transportation is required to commute to our location in downtown New Orleans.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new point-of-sale software quickly.
