Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to company policies.
- Accurately input and update customer information into the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during peak hours.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
