Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers at our Dallas facility.
- Operational Support: Assist with processing incoming orders and maintaining accurate inventory logs during weekend shifts.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with floor staff to ensure smooth daily operations and workflow efficiency.
- Facility Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for the team.
- Administrative Tasks: Update digital records and assist with weekend reporting duties.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous customer service or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
